1、采用無小車架結構,大規格橋機小車整機高度降低1.5m以上,廠房利用空間大;整機自重比通用橋機輕15%-30%左右,輪壓低,節省投資。
2、橋架與端梁采用銷軸聯接、運輸、安裝方便。
3、起升、運行機構均采用(yong)變頻(pin)調速,PLC控制,可(ke)靠性高,故障率低。
1、提供設(she)備本體及軌道和滑線以及附(fu)件(jian)的安裝服務。
2、在(zai)設(she)備質量(liang)保證有效期內,將對設(she)備進行(xing)免(mian)費(fei)維修,并在(zai)接到買方通知2小(xiao)時內作出(chu)反應,在(zai)24小(xiao)時、特殊情況(kuang)12個小(xiao)時內,服務(wu)人員(yuan)抵(di)達設(she)備現場。
3、在質保期(qi)(qi)結(jie)束(shu)后,將長期(qi)(qi)優惠供(gong)應(ying)零部件及提供(gong)維修改造、電控升級服務。
